Tuition Payment Information

Tuition Deadlines

Tuition is due Tuesday of week 6 of each semester. Check CSPConnect under “Payment Information” for exact dates.

Payment Methods

    • You can pay by credit card with a 2.85% fee or pay with your bank routing and checking or savings account number with no fee.
    • Online payments take 2-3 business days for them to be received and posted to a student account.
    • We accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

    Online Payment Steps:

    • Login to CSPConnect
    • Under the Payment Card or Financial Aid Awards Card, select Make a Payment – Credit/Debit Card.
  • When writing out your check, please include the student’s full name and ID#.

  • The Business & Cashier’s Office accepts cash and check payments at the cashier window. Payments received at the cashier window after 3:00 p.m. will be posted the next business day.

    • Office hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.).
      • Summer hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:00 – 12:30 p.m.).

PAYMENT PLANS (enrollment opens 1 month before semester)

  • Split your “out-of-pocket” costs into 2 payments per semester.

    • Enrollment Fee: $35
    • Payment Deadlines:
      • First Payment: Due Tuesday, Week 6
      • Second Payment: Due Tuesday, Week 11
    • Note: If your balance isn’t paid by the first due date, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the plan.

    Late Fees and Penalties:

    • $35 processing fee
    • 1% monthly finance charge on outstanding balance
    • Restrictions on future enrollment
  • Automatically divide your “out-of-pocket” costs into 4 payments per semester, with each payment automatically withdrawn from your selected payment method.

    • Enrollment Fee: $50 (due at the start of enrollment)
    • Payment Schedule:
      • First Payment: Week 1
      • Second Payment: Week 5
      • Third Payment: Week 9
      • Fourth Payment: Week 14

    Late Fees and Penalties:

    • 1% monthly finance charge on any outstanding balance
    • Restrictions on future enrollment

    To enroll, use the “Make an Online Payment” link on CSP Connect.

Domestic and International Payment Services

  • You can submit a domestic payment through the CSP student portal in CSPConnect. Please note, due dates can be found on the “Payment Information” card.

    1. Log into CSPConnect, https://connect.csp.edu.
    2. Go to the “Payment Online” card. (“Discover More” at the bottom and bookmark it)
    3. Select “Make an Online Payment”.
    4. Select “Tuition Payment- All Students”, enter your payment amount and select your term.
    5. Select “Add to Payment”.
    6. Select “Checkout” at the bottom and follow the prompts to finish your payment.

    To make an international payment with Transact Campus:

    1. Log into CSPConnect, https://connect.csp.edu.
    2. Go to the “Payment Online” card. (“Discover More” at the bottom and bookmark it)
    3. Select “Make an Online Payment”.
    4. Select “Tuition Payment- All Students”, enter your payment amount and select your term.
    5. Select “Add to Payment”.
    6. Select “Checkout” at the bottom, read the info, select “Continue”.
    7. Select “International Payment” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment within the portal.
    8. Please remember to include your student ID with your payment.
    9. Please contact Transact Support via phone, chat or web for payment help.
