Chief Sales Officer for Hertz
Jonas Rellsve earned his master’s degree in Strategic Communications Management in 2012; now, Rellsve holds the title Chief Sales Officer for Hertz. Rellsve uses his education and experience to succeed in his daily responsibilities within his role.
Rellsve was looking for “a graduate program that focused on communication and leadership and its application to ‘real life’” and found that at CSP. His degree helped speed up the trajectory of his career and “better equipped [him] to cope with top level management situations.”
Rellsve says that one of the most valuable resources offered to him as a student was the career-centered curriculum. “Primarily it gave me tools to prepare for a more varied and complex work reality. Ultimately, and through my master thesis, it made me pinpoint the leadership style I believe in and that I could apply to my job”
He reflects on his journey to CSP; as a working professional, Rellsve says it was “exciting to return to academic surroundings, and, of course, graduating.”
