Jodi Zastrow

Instructor & BS-Nursing (Degree Completion) Program Curriculum Chair

Jodi Zastrow (MSN, RN, PHN) joined the College of Education and Science at Concordia University, St. Paul in 2015. As the RN to BS-Nursing (Degree Completion) program curriculum chair she serves in both teaching and administrative roles.

Zastrow’s previous academic experience has included roles as an instructor for a private institutions practical nursing program, as a regional dean for practical nursing programs at a private for-profit institution, and most recently as a dean of nursing at a public institution for an associate degree nursing program and a practical nursing program. In addition to her collegiate teaching and leadership experience, she has been a registered nurse for 19 years with a diverse practice background including staff and leadership roles. Zastrow’s nursing experience has spanned both traditional and non-traditional nursing practice roles including nursing home, TCU, assisted living, telephonic insurance interviewer, nurse educator in home care, case manager, director of nursing, director of clinical services, and corporate trainer for medical software program for a national home care agency.
