Dean of the College of Business & Technology, MBA Program Chair
Jake is the Dean of the College of Business & Technology and Chair of the MBA Program at Concordia University, St. Paul and an Executive Organizational and Technology Consultant to global enterprises. His doctoral work at CSP focuses on artificial intelligence and its impact on organizations. His academic journey concentrates on the understanding, evaluating, and producing of research applicable to improving organizations.
At CSP, Jake teaches Leadership, Strategy, Operations and Tech Management, Strategic HR Management, Finance, Ethics, etc. He has led and currently leads multiple research projects studying modern/future enterprises. As an Executive Consultant, Jake works at the intersection of strategy and technology, advising on global technology and consulting initiatives for global and domestic enterprises. He is a collaborative leader advancing a system’s mission and achieving goals by guiding all through inspiration, diplomacy, creativity, and action.
Jake has been married 23 years and has three children.
