Program Chair for M.A. SPED
Dr. Harr brings many years of experience in special education. She has taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels with a focus on providing services through co-teaching. Other areas of involvement include administration, special education lead teacher, professional development, and community partnerships. Following her public education career, Diane is now the Program Chair of Graduate Special Education at Concordia University, St. Paul. She teaches graduate students interested in obtaining licensure in special education.
