Small Business Coach and Manager at BakerRipley
Alexis Celinz graduated from CSP Global’s MBA program in 2015. Since then, he has used his education and skills to further his career at BakerRipley as a Small Business Coach and Manager.
Celinz chose CSP to continue his education for a few reasons, but the most standout was the academic experience and the reputation that CSP has developed. “The curriculum was complete, and the university had a good reputation.”
His classes provided him with many valuable tools and lessons, but one of the most useful has been market research technology, some of which he still uses in his day-to-day responsibilities at BakerRipley. “I’ve implemented these tools at my place of work and helped develop small businesses during their formalization phase.”
CSP places an importance on community, something that Celinz noted about his experience in his MBA program. Despite being a part of a cohort designed for individuals already in their field, Celinz says that his favorite memory from CSP was working together with his cohort members and forging relationships. “Although we were always busy because we were all employed, I believe this improved our teamwork and multicultural learning skills.”
