As part of CSP’s previously announced changes in staffing and support structure at CSP, we’re very pleased to also announce that Heidi Goettl has been named the Dean of Students and Residence Life. This elevated position builds upon Heidi’s role in Student Life supporting our traditional students. She will provide leadership to all operations of the Residence Life office and oversee CSP’s student conduct processes and policies.
Heidi will also supervise the Student Accessibility Services and Health Services team and promote health and wellness initiatives to the student population that include alcohol awareness, Title IX training and immunization compliance. Heidi also chairs the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), serves on the Title IX committee and is campus lead on the Maxient judicial software system. “Heidi has served as both the Assistant and Associate Dean of Students in her time at Concordia and I am excited to recognize her leadership and support of our students in this expanded role,” noted Jason Rahn, Associate Vice President Student for Student Life and Retention.
