The Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining all academic records of the institution. They serve current, former and visiting students. The Registrar's Office is located in the Lutheran Memorial Center, room 119 (use east entrance of building).

Forms for current students, faculty, and advisors such as the withdrawl form, in-progress grading form, or the add/drop form can be found on the Campus Portal: CSP Connect. Once logged in, go to the "Grades and Registration" tab and locate the "Registration Tools" or the "Forms" Section of the site. Most forms are also available in the Registrar’s Office in hard copy format.
