Purpose
To replace three aging residence halls buildings (Centennial 1957; Minnesota 1958; Walther 1959) with a new higher-demand apartment style residence hall.
Location
The location for the new residence facility will be in the same location as three current dormitories on the North East corner of campus. Concordia University, St. Paul Board of Regents approved the new facility location and footprint on the master plan at their February 2007 meeting.
