Political Science Students Featured in Chronicle of Higher Education

A group of students at Concordia University, St. Paul working to introduce six bills at the upcoming 2014 Minnesota legislation session were recently featured in an article in The Chronicle of Higher Education.

The unique project in adjunct professor Jayne Jones' political science class is the focus of the story, titled "For Some Students, Political Science Means Drafting Legislation".]

Adam Goinz (’14), Akolade Gbadamosi (’14), Greg Kaszubowski (’14), Margaret Kiel (’15), Jordan Strickland (’15) and Amal Younis (’14), plan to promote six different bills to legislators when the 2014 legislative session begins Feb. 25. The six bills mark an ambitious expansion of the one bill per session Concordia students have previously taken on.
