May. 10– The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference office announced that Saturday’s games at the 2008 NSIC Baseball Tournament in Wayne have been postponed due to rain.  The tournament has now been shortened to a single elimination tournament matching Wayne State College vs. Concordia University, the two undefeated teams in the tournament) in the championship game on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at the Pete Chapman Baseball Complex in Wayne. 

The winner of tomorrow’s championship game will earn the NSIC’s automatic bid to the NCAA Central Regional Tournament next week.  The regional participants and bracket will be released Sunday evening by the NCAA.
