Looking for an academic program that will challenge and inspire you? Take a closer look at the Honors Program in litteris fideque (“in faith and learning”) here at Concordia University St. Paul!
Each year, we attract students just like you—high achievers with extraordinary potential—to develop their Christian faith, practice academic excellence, and pursue global stewardship at Concordia. The Honors Program provides opportunities for students to become leaders in research and service to others while engaging in constant conversation with the Christian gospel, which is at the heart of the institution.
As an Honors student at Concordia, you will:
- Participate in challenging intellectual and spiritual inquiry that integrates the Christian Gospel and the arts and sciences with attention to a range of global issues
- Examine and debate issues and ideas in a respectful and open-minded environment
- Explore your values and beliefs in view of the needs of the less fortunate and the impact of human life on the planet
- Practice action on behalf of others in a local or global context
