2025 Spring Commencement Ceremony
CSP is planning three spring commencement ceremonies that will take place on May 2 and May 3 at Concordia University, St. Paul’s Gangelhoff Arena. Once RSVPs are received, a more detailed program breakdown will be determined. Participating students will be notified via email the week of March 24 as to the ceremony they will be assigned.
- Friday, May 2 at 7:30 p.m. – Traditional Undergraduate programs
- Saturday, May 3 at 10:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. – Global Undergraduate, Graduate, Doctoral & Ph.D. programs

Only undergraduate degree-completing students are eligible to earn honors.
Graduate students are not eligible for Latin Honors.
Undergraduate students who complete 60 or more credits at CSP and meet the following GPA requirements will earn Latin honors:
- 3.6 – 3.74 Cum Laude
- 3.75 – 3.89 Magna Cum Laude
- 3.9 – 4.0 Summa Cum Laude
Undergraduate students who complete 59 or fewer credits at CSP and meet the
following GPA requirements will earn honors:- 3.75 – 3.89 with Distinction
- 3.9 – 4.0 with High Distinction
Honors listed in the commencement program will be estimated if your degree is not yet awarded and may change based on your final grades and cumulative GPA when your degree is awarded. The honors earned, if any, at the time your degree is awarded, will be printed on your transcript and diploma. If your degree is awarded after the commencement ceremony and your estimated honors changed, you may request to exchange your medallion or pin by contacting the Registrar’s Office at 651-641-8233 or [email protected].

Commencement weekend for spring 2025 will be Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3. The Fall Ceremony will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
