Concordia Professor Eric Dregni Releases New Book
Eric Dregni, Concordia professor and author of Never Trust a Thin Cook and Other Lessons From Italy's Culinary Capital, will be hosting a launch event for the book on Sunday, Sept. 13, at 2 p.m. at the Varsity Theater at 1308 4th St. SE in Minneapolis.
The event will consist of a slide show and book signing with free appetizers from Loring Pasta Bar. A spaghetti menu and drink bar will be available for sale.

- Sunday, Sept. 20th at 7 p.m. at Magers & Quinn Booksellers in Minneapolis
- Thursday, Sept. 24th at 7 p.m. at Barnes & Noble in HarMar Mall in Roseville
- Thursday, Oct. 15th at 7:30 p.m. at Common Good Books in St. Paul
- Thursday, Nov. 19th at 7 p.m. at Southdale Library in Edina.
