Payment Options
Plan 1 - Payment in Full
Tuition payments are due for the first term of your program by the third night of your first class, or the third week. Every subsequent tuition payment is due on the first night of each term. Students can pay online, by mail, or in person.
Online - Make a payment online 24/7 with their Concordia University ID by credit card or bank transfer payment at our online site
By Mail - Students can mail a check or money order to:

In person- The cashier's window is located in the BEAR center. Hours 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Plan 2 - Payment Plan
For students enrolled in cohort based programs (graduate or undergraduate), a budgeted 15, 18 or 22-month payment plan is available through Sallie Mae. The payments should start before the student starts classes and there is a one-time fee for this service. No interest is charged for this plan. Sallie Mae will automatically withdraw money from your checking or savings account and the money is applied to the student account within 2 business days.
