EdemEmphasis: Organizational Management MA
"The cohorts bring with them a sense of community."
In search of professional and personal enhancement and the need to keep his family life relatively uninterrupted, Edem turned to once a week classes at Concordia in order to complete his master's degree.
"Attending classes once a week could not have been more appropriate for my job situation. That's one of the reasons I chose to study at Concordia. I also was captured by the welcoming attitude of the staff and the sound history of Concordia as an institution of learning."
For Edem, being in a cohort is a beneficial feature of the program.
"The cohort model is a helpful gathering of diverse professionals with a common goal. It brings with it a sense of community, which gives the members the environment needed to appreciate one another."
How has Concordia impacted his life?
"The University has changed how I think about life and work. I've discovered new ways to approach all aspects of my life!"
